NOTICE TO CLUB SECRETARIES & REFEREES

POSTPONEMENT PROCEDURE 

Should fixtures be in doubt during the season due to the weather, Club Secretaries 

& Referees can contact the following number – For PARKS PITCHES – 

you should contact – 0161 607 1758 AFTER 1pm ON SATURDAYs for 

Lords St, Cadishead Park, Princes Park, Brookhouse, Cleavleys, 

Eccles Rec, Ellesmere Park, Littleton Road, Rabbit Hills, Ordsall Rec and Duchy Rd.

For PRIVATE PITCHES, it is the responsibility of the HOME CLUB 

SECRETARY to contact the League and Opposition if Grounds are 

unfit at Moor Lane (Clifton) and Brooklands Community Centre, 

Bury Old Road, (Manchester Maccabi).

When the Salford Council have announced that

some or all pitches are unfit due to the weather,

under no circumstances should Clubs arrange 

matches or training sessions on those grounds.

Any Club found playing or training will either

be fined for the use or have their ‘Playing

Permit’ withdrawn by the Council.
